My old Dad (author, playwright & "Coronation Street" scriptwriter Stanley Wood) said "Everybody has a book in them." He was right! Have you got a story to tell? I can help you get it published. I can EDIT your manuscript, I can WRITE your life story, I can PUBLISH your book, or any combination of these. Like any professional, I charge for my services, but I tell you how much IN ADVANCE, and there are NO EXTRAS or hidden charges.
In over 30 years as a freelance writer and publisher, I have produced numerous publications: newspapers, magazines and books. I know all the difficulties of getting published. If I can't find a publisher for one of my own books, I publish it myself. Currently I have several books in print, with more in the pipeline. Yours could be one of them!
A word of warning. Be wary of the "self-publishing" firms and "vanity publishers" who promise to sell your book for you. THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES! If your book sells, you could make a profit, but be prepared to take a loss. This is a highly competitive business, and it is extremely difficult for a new author to break through. But it can happen!

PS: My late father Stanley Wood - a fine musician, author & Coronation Street scriptwriter - is also Dad to my sister Victoria Wood, the much-loved and hugely talented comedian, writer, actress, singer-songwriter and producer. I have two other sisters, one a film-maker and one an artist. So there must be some talent in the family!
